Welcome to the 2019 RACI Physical Chemistry Division Conference. This is the principal meeting of the division, and will be held for the first time in Perth, Western Australia, on the beautiful campus of The University of Western Australia nestled against the picturesque Swan River. We welcome participants from all areas of Physical Chemistry to attend, with the conference themes including spectroscopy, computational chemistry, and the physical chemistry of solutions, surfaces, and interfaces.

We look forward to welcoming you to Perth in February 2019!

Empowering Women in Chemistry: A Global Networking Event

As part of the celebration of the centenary of IUPAC in 2019, we invite you to join in a Global Women’s Networking Breakfast.

The Global Women’s Breakfast aims to assist women chemists to expand their network of contacts, both locally and internationally. Women at different stages of their individual careers can inform each other about their career progress, and together explore opportunities, in professional development and in research or teaching horizons. The conference breakfast gives women an opportunity at all stages of their career to interact with peers and mentors in an informal capacity over some pastries and, importantly, coffee.

We encourage ALL conference attendees to come along, not just women.

12 February 2019
7.30am - 8.30am at the University Club of Western Australia

Free event but registration is essential.
